Cancellation Policy

• I will obey all course direction signs and verbal instructions from staff. • I am responsible for the actions of anyone I permit to operate the cart. • I will not permit anyone to operate the car who doesn't hold a current full driver's licence. • I will promptly reimburse the owner for any damage to the cart other than reasonable wear and tear. • I accept responsibility for any damage or injury to myself, other people or property, that is caused by improper or negligent use of the car (this includes driving too fast for the conditions and driving over unsuitable terrain). • I will leave the car at the starting point for inspection by staff and return the key at the completion of the hire period. - Maximum of 2 people and 2 sets of golf clubs on the car at any time. - Do not drive on the tees or greens. - Damage costs up to $10,000
